President

Mary Roach is founder and President of Mary Roach Insurance Agency, Inc.  She first became involved in the crop insurance industry in 1981 at an insurance agency in Kingsburg, California. She continued her successful career as a crop insurance agent in Fresno from 1983 to 1992.

With a depth of industry experience and the support of many grower clients, Mary started Mary Roach Insurance Agency in 1992 and incorporated the business in 1993.

Today, Mary provides the leadership to position the company at the forefront of the crop insurance industry.  In addition, Mary oversees and manages the company’s operations to ensure product efficiency, quality, and top-notch customer service.

“What has never changed in my nearly 30 years in the business is my dedication to providing growers with a financial safety net through crop insurance products,” Mary said. “I enjoy being able to provide a risk management tool to the agricultural industry which is made up of knowledgeable and dedicated growers and farmers.”

Mary is proud to be recognized in the crop insurance industry for her three decades of experience and knowledge.

 

Jordan Roach, AFIS

Vice-President

Jordan Roach is Vice-President of Mary Roach Insurance Agency, Inc.  He began his work with Mary Roach Insurance Agency riding a four-wheeler on clients’ land to provide GPS maps for acreage measurements. 

By 2002, Jordan was working full time for the firm handling service and clerical tasks. In 2004, he began selling crop insurance policies, and was promoted to Vice-President in 2008.

As Vice-President, Jordan coordinates the company’s sales and marketing functions, develops and implements sales and marketing strategies and ensures that the company meets its goals and objectives. Additionally, Jordan assists Mary with internal financial analysis, product development and support, government and industry advocacy and information technology systems.

“The clients I get to work with are such honest, loyal and hard-working people,” Jordan described. “The ag industry is such a great sector in which to be involved. You can’t help but admire the farmers and growers for their depth and variety of knowledge, from pest control and irrigation to land management and finances.”

Jordan attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, holds an Agribusiness & Farm Insurance Specialist accreditation and is Vice-Chairman and board member of the Crop Insurance Professionals Association, a national crop insurance agent organization.
